05.05 – The Japanese House (UK) – Chapeau Rouge

This is the very definition of dream pop, in the very best way. And if you’re asking what dream pop is…it’s exactly as it sounds! Tickets/additional info: here.

07.05 – Dune Rats (AUS) – Strahov 007

Dune Rats! Coming to us! Again! And we could not be more stoked. These guys are the epitome of Australian stoner rock (quite literally) and their shows are a blast. Tickets/additional info: here.

11.05 – Vok (ISL) – Palac Akropolis

Iceland never wants for good indie music all due to bands like Vok. They’re uber talented and certainly have the dark & moody thing down. If that seems up your alley, check out tickets/additional information.

This is a HUGE show coming through Prague. If there are any electronic fans out there (and especially German-electro), get on tickets asap as there’s no way this one won’t sell out. Yippee, we’re excited. Tickets/additional info: here.

16.05 – Soley (ISL) – Divadlo Hybernia

Soley (super quirky/awesome Icelandic singer-songwriter) is bringing her beautiful self and songs back to Prague after 2 years away and we could not be more happy about it. Tickets/additional info: here.

May in Prague means food! Prague Food Festival to be exact. This year it’s been moved from the Prague Castle to Prague’s other castle –Vyšehrad. Britpop at its best. The Kooks have been around and entertaining us forever (well, at least a decade). It’s impossible to see a show and not get swept up in their infectious melodies. Tickets/additional info: here.
